Purpose of RoleWe are seeking a Head of Sixth Form who will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition into the A Level programme for all students, who will lead and maintain a wraparound model for all Sixth Form students and who will set the tone for developing individual academic attainment and pastoral care support. We prioritise ensuring a unique, student-centered structure which sets ambitious yet realistic targets for our 6th Form students.
